01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and WCC777 ("wcc777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the WCC777 website at https://wcc777.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein.

03 Account Eligibility

04 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the WCC777 platform, you must complete the registration process accurately and in good faith. The following conditions apply to all registered Accounts:

4.1 Registration Requirements

You are required to provide a valid email address, a secure password and such other personal information as the registration form requires. All fields must be completed truthfully. Fictional identities, aliases or the use of another person's information are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any associated funds.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. In the event of unauthorised access or a security breach, you must notify the Platform's support team immediately via the contact details provided in Section 14. WCC777 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each User may hold only one active Account. The detection of duplicate Accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, payment method, IP address or device — may result in the closure of all duplicate Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time the Operator determines it necessary, you will be required to complete KYC verification. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address and, where applicable, documentation confirming your payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction.

05 Terms of Use

By using the WCC777 platform you agree to the following behavioural and usage standards at all times:

• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party.
• You will not attempt to manipulate games, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting systems, bots or scripts that interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• You will not engage in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing or any other form of fraudulent activity.
• You will not access the Platform if you are a professional player engaged in arbitrage betting strategies in a manner that exploits promotional offers in bad faith.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with the Platform's source code, security mechanisms or data systems.
• You will not use the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing or any other activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.

WCC777 reserves the right to monitor account activity and investigate suspected violations of these Terms. Where a violation is confirmed, the Operator may suspend or terminate the Account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation and/or report the matter to relevant authorities.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. References to payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as contextual information for Pakistani users only and do not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or guarantee of service availability. Actual deposit methods are determined by the Operator at its sole discretion.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements and a satisfactory account standing review. 6.3 Currency

07 Bonuses & Promotions

08 Responsible Gambling

WCC777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. 09 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WCC777 and the Operator shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses attributable to interruptions, downtime, technical errors or third-party service failures beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any financial loss arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform. Gambling inherently involves risk, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game information or promotional content where these result from third-party data errors beyond the Platform's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Account Termination

11.1 Termination by the User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved. Withdrawable balances will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure following KYC verification.

11.2 Termination by the Platform

WCC777 and the Operator reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at their sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, provision of false registration information, abuse of bonuses, detection of duplicate Accounts, or regulatory requirements. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, any balance held in the Account may be forfeited.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and WCC777 does not represent that its services are lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with applicable local law.

WCC777 does not claim to be licensed by, regulated by, or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are made as familiar Pakistani payment context only and do not constitute endorsement of gambling activity by those institutions.

13 Amendments to These Terms

WCC777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
